Each line ships as a Marketplace-ready Starter pack and an upgradeable Pro kit. Scoring uses the same Velarium formula across Starter and Pro.
Race the clock
Players collect items in any order during a timed run. Duplicates in one run are ignored. Leaderboards reward speed and completeness.
Classic adventure
Sequential or free-roam progression with an optional timer. Finish the run and unlock a gift β from the controller inventory in Starter, or richer flows configured in Pro.
Four-slot focus
Minimal circle-style HUD with up to four target slots. Optional clue notecards and auto-start on attach β ideal for boutique, curated events.
Starter and Pro use the same formula. Keep target counts modest β very large hunts can approach Second Lifeβs 32-bit integer ceiling.

Starter packs install from your Second Life Marketplace library β no external HTTP from the kit. Move to Pro when you want dashboards, run history, analytics, and shareable leaderboard URLs.

Starter scripts expect ASCII-only notecards. The collectible Description field must match the object_id values listed in your HUD notecard.
From registration to
running in-world in minutes
Register
Create a HuntKit Pro tenant account. Verify your email β no card required to start.
Activate in-world
Use the short activation code from your Pro kitβs activator object to link your tenant to your Second Life avatar.
Create a game
Open the operator console, add a game, pick the game line, and copy the deploy block from the Deploy tab.
Deploy & monitor
Paste notecard fields in-world. Watch runs and analytics update as players play.
Common questions
Yes. Starter packs are designed to avoid cloud calls: scoring, leaderboard memory, and gift delivery run on your in-world controller.
Score = (items collected Γ 100,000) minus elapsed seconds. Faster, more complete runs rank higher. Keep target counts moderate so scores stay well under Second Lifeβs integer limits.
Time Attack: any-order timed collection β great for busy regions. Hunt: classic flow with optional order and gifts. Compact HUD: up to four slots in a tight layout, with optional auto-start on attach.
No. Players use the HUD and world objects you provide. Only operators who want the cloud console use Pro.
Yes. Compact HUD supports auto-start when the HUD attaches. Time Attack and Hunt typically use an explicit start interaction β check your pack readme.
After you register, use the activation code from your Pro activator object while signed in on the website. That links your tenant to your avatar.
Each pack lists exact inventory names (ASCII). Match collectible Description object_id values to the HUD list β details are in the included readme.
With Pro, you can enable a public leaderboard URL per game. Starter keeps scores on the in-world controller only.
